Work Experience Evaluation for USCIS

Here at USCES, we do provide work experience evaluations for USCIS immigration purposes.  We specialize in providing work experience evaluations for most employment sectors.

Part of our mission is to enable people from all countries to come to the United States and have the greatest chance at success.  We help in this process by taking foreign work experience, and educational degrees, and apply them to United States standards.

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has a standard ratio of 3:1.  Meaning, for every 3 years of work experience, you can apply that to 1 year of formal education.  This is not always the case, however, so its best to Contact Us for a Consultation.

Some of the things we will need to perform the work experience evaluation for USCIS (not all are required):

  • Current Resume or CV
  • Diploma
  • Transcripts/Marksheets detailing credits received
  • Letters of Employment or Career Certificate

If you have all of these documents ready, you can click here to request a quote for your work experience evaluation, and we can detail you the pricing and turnaround time that it will take.

When would I need a work experience evaluation?

Typically you will need one in response to an RFE, or when you are applying for a specific type of Visa for USCIS.  We encounter this most often with the law firms we work with, when they have applicants that need them for the B-1 or L-1 visa.  We are always researching the latest methods and practices in evaluating documents, so we are always up to date on the latest requirements for USCIS.  That’s why we guarantee 100% USCIC acceptance with all of our evaluations.

If you have any more questions about getting your work experience evaluation for USCIS, you can email us or leave a comment.
