We receive a lot of questions about how to evaluate your degrees from Mexico, and if we are able to do that. The answer is: Yes, we can evaluate your Mexican degree for United States Equivalence here at USCES.

Founded in 1551, Mexico has a rich history of academics and a lot of the Universities are accredited for use in the United States.  In Mexico, basic education is normally divided in three steps: primaria, comprising grades 1-6; secundaria, comprising grades 7-9; and preparatoria comprising grades 10-12.

In Mexico, they also have a wide range of undergraduate, and post graduate degrees to choose from.  We evaluate a lot of undergraduate degrees in Mexico for United States equivalency.  When requesting your degree evaluation from Mexico, it is important to start with the right documentation:

  1. For Employers, you will need your “Title” or “título” so that we can evaluate it and award the equivalency here in the United States.
  2. For Universities or Licensing boards, we will need your title, as well as transcripts.

It’s important to keep in mind that you can always scan your documents in and upload them to USCES for a quote.
